Returns & Exchange Policy
We do not offer any exchanges, returns or refunds of any kind. All sales are final. We do replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hola@recla.ma.
U.S. Shipping
Free shipping until 2020! Reclama offers First Class shipping within the United States, which takes about 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch. Reclama isn’t responsible for shipping delays and/or any losses or damages caused by USPS.
International Shipping
Free shipping does not apply to International Shipping, only within the United States. However, we do offer international shipping. Be sure to make a note of that at checkout. Just be aware that you will be responsible for any custom fees once the item arrives at the destination.
Damaged or Wrong Items
In the unlikely case of a damaged item or if you received the wrong item, please email us at hola@recla.ma within 7 days to correct the issue.
