In this session, we’ll dive deep into:
✨ Overcoming mindset blocks around writing about yourself—including how trauma and systemic barriers impact our ability to share our stories authentically.
✨ Tips to get started if you hate writing or feel stuck.
✨ Budget-friendly insights for those who think hiring a pro is out of reach (spoiler: you’ll leave with enough tools to craft or refine your bio).
This workshop is for you if you:
Want your bio to reflect the powerful, multidimensional person you are
Are ready to break free from imposter syndrome
Want to feel seen and supported as you craft your story
During our time together, I’ll also share real before-and-after bios I’ve worked on to inspire you and demonstrate what’s possible.
What You’ll Walk Away With:
✅ A clear understanding of how to structure your bio.
✅ Practical tips and tools to overcome mindset blocks.
✅ Insights into why writing about yourself feels hard—and how to shift that narrative.
If you would rather I write your professional bio, hit me up! You can buy that session aqui.
