Join us for a two-part event in honor of Financial Literacy Month! We’re bringing money conversations out of the spreadsheets and into real life—starting with a virtual watch party and ending with a powerful, grounding walk through Central Park.
Since launching Hay Dinero in 2023, I've been inspired by all the ways we've been rethinking money—tackling money traumas, budgeting joyfully, managing debt without guilt, and even taking a closer look at retirement.
On Thursday, April 10, join me on Zoom for a Hay Dinero Watch Party as we revisit the series and share some fresh updates.
Then, on Saturday, April 12 from 12–3pm, meet me in Central Park for our “Our Health is Our Wealth Nature Walk.” We'll get into what we learned from the series, swap book recommendations, and reclaim our relationship with money in community.
Date: Saturday, April 12, 2025
Time: 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM
Location: Central Park (exact meetup location disclosed after registration)
Level: Easy (no experience necessary!)

About the nature walk: This isn’t just about a stroll—it’s a chance to dive into real talk about money in a supportive community. No experience necessary; we'll take it slow, hug some trees, snap a few photos, and kick back on some rocks for a little reflection, all while reclaiming our relationship with money together.

🌿 Nuestra Salud x Reclama: A Collaboration Rooted in Wellness
For years, I’ve believed that true wellness is about more than just movement—it’s about what we consume, how we nourish ourselves, and staying connected to our roots. That’s why I’m so excited to team up with Nuestra Salud for our April events!
Nuestra Salud is a Peruvian-owned brand that prioritizes pure, herbal-based products, sourced from Peru’s nutrient-rich soil. Their commitment to wellness aligns beautifully with Reclama’s mission, and I’m thrilled to introduce their high-quality teas and infusions to our community.
🌿 Raffle Alert: One lucky attendee will receive an upgraded goodie bag that includes:
Full bags of each tea (Muna, Hierba Luisa, Manzanilla, and Nopalflax)
6 additional Nopalflax samples
A tea tumbler for on-the-go brews
💚 Warm Welcome: Before we start our hike, everyone will get a warm cup of tea to set the intention and start with mindfulness.
🚨 Join Us for “Tecito Time” on IG Live!
To kick off this collaboration, join me on April 7th (World Health Day) at 3 PM EST for Tecito Time on Instagram Live! I’ll be chatting with Nuestra Salud about:
The inspiration behind the brand
Their personal journey towards wellness
How natural herbs and teas are an integral part of our Peruvian culture and traditions
This conversation will be a beautiful blend of storytelling, culture, and practical insights into incorporating herbs into our wellness routines.
🌿 Let’s support local, women-owned brands while staying rooted in wellness. Join us on the hike, tune in for Tecito Time, and be part of this collaboration!
Please Note: Refunds are not available but transfers are. In case of inclement weather (heavy snow or rain), the hike will be rescheduled.
WHY HIKE?
It boosts endorphins, reduces stress and helps keep you present. By allowing ourselves to be unapologetically spiritual in a place like the outdoors, we honor and affirm how we take up space in the world.
WHY JOURNAL?
The peace you get from being out on a hike naturally leads to personal reflection because your mind is super clear and you’re tapped into your highest self. Writing in this state is a powerful way to connect with yourself and what you want out of life. Once the pen hits the paper, anything is possible.
SIDE EFFECTS OF HIKING WITH US INCLUDE:
Spiritual freedom as we unapologetically take up space in nature, self-esteem on point, nature high that lasts about a week, inner peace, remembering who the fuck you are, feeling grounded, deep connection with nature, appreciation for ancestral land a.k.a. Pachamama, self-revelations through journaling, and the sassiness to stand in your power. You’ll always walk away from a hike feeling better than how you came in.
