Hiking 101: Outdoor Essentials for Women of Color is a 90-minute virtual workshop designed to help you plan, pack, and protect yourself on the trail — whether you’re hiking alone or with a small group.

🎒 What’s in your hiking bag: Packing the 10 essentials, plus what to leave behind and what small things to pack that make a big difference for women of color in the outdoors.
🚨 Safety + awareness: Recognize red flags, stay aware of your surroundings, and take smart, grounded action to keep yourself safe on the trail.
🌿 Confidence building: How to trust your body and the mental and spiritual tools that help you feel like you belong on every trail you step onto — plus, tips for solo and familia hikes.
