Catskills Glampout Retreat (Co-Ed Edition)

Event Overview:

Looking for a chill weekend getaway? Join us this Labor Day for the Catskills Glampout Retreat – a chance to reconnect with nature, recharge your spirit, and vibe with an amazing BIPOC community.

Whether you’re a seasoned camper or totally new to the outdoors, we’ve got you covered with cozy tents, airbeds, meals, and all the essentials. Bring your friend, cousin, or partner and get ready for a weekend full of grounding practices, good vibes, and hands-on workshops. We’re keeping it intimate and intentional with at least 15 spots available, expanding to 30 if there’s enough interest.

This retreat is all about community, nature, and self-care – the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. Plus, you’ll walk away with new skills, deeper connections, and memories to last a lifetime.

What to Expect:

  • Daily grounding practices: meditation, journaling, and movement

  • Camping 101 sessions: Learn how to pitch a tent and make a fire with Job of Echo the Journey

  • Journaling by the fire: Reflect and release through guided writing

  • Spiritual Cannabis Workshop: Fireside session on connecting to cannabis

  • Reiki Sessions: Guided by Mindfully Living with Z for deep relaxation and energy alignment

  • Foraging Workshop: Learn ethical foraging practices with herbalist Meaka Brown

  • Cooking in Community: Prepare a special meal together with our retreat chef

  • Guided Hike to Kaaterskill Falls: A beginner-friendly trek to one of the highest waterfalls in the Catskills. This short but semi-steep hike takes you to the base of the 175-foot falls, passing a natural amphitheater created by the rock overhang.

Why Join Us:

This retreat is more than just camping; it’s about reclaiming space in nature and building a supportive community of BIPOC adventurers. Whether you want to learn new skills, practice mindfulness, or simply unwind under the stars, the Catskills Glampout Retreat is designed to nurture your mind, body, and spirit.

The Reclama Experience:
The only way to experience Reclama is to show up – to let go of fears about not being able to hike or feeling intimidated by something new. That’s just noise. Take a deep breath and listen to your intuition. If you’re feeling called to join, it’s for a reason.

I’ve been hiking for a while now, and every trek teaches me something new. I’m hooked – and now I’m even more passionate about sharing how I self-care out in the woods. My spirit needs it. My mind craves it. And my body is always grateful for it.
