About the hike: (Beginner) More details about the hike and meetup location will be sent via email once registered. The trail is pretty flat, hiking boots are NOT required.
Breakdown:
10:00 AM - 10:30 AM: Welcome/Smudging/Introductions
10:30 AM - 12:00 PM: Hike in
12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Snacks & Rest/Guided journaling session
1:00 PM - 2:00 PM: Hike back/Closing circle
