Reclaiming space, one summit at a time.
Sunday, September 13 | 12 PM
Bear Mountain State Park, NY
We’re kicking off Latinx Heritage Month the Reclama way: by climbing a damn mountain.
Join us at Bear Mountain for an afternoon celebrating Latina power through movement, nature and community. We’ll climb, sweat, take in some incredible views, pause for reflection and make our way to the top together.
And once we get to the top? We dance. 💃🏽 Because obviously.
About the Hike
This is a moderate, approximately 4 mile hike with lots of steps and a rewarding climb. Come ready to move! We’ll hike at a supportive group pace, take breaks when we need them and enjoy the journey up just as much as the celebration waiting for us at the top.
