Fall 2025 Walking Series: Rest. Release. Reclaim.

Fall always reminds me to slow down. The air shifts, the light gets softer, and the trees start letting go — and honestly, that’s the reminder I need every year: to rest, to breathe, to stop rushing.

At Reclama, this season isn’t about doing more. It’s about making time to reconnect — with nature, with ourselves, and with each other.

Our nervous systems need this. Especially now, when everything feels so loud and heavy.

That’s why the last few gatherings of the year are a little different — slower, simpler, and easier to join.

What’s Coming Up

This fall, we’re closing out the season with two nature walks, one soft hike, and one virtual workshop — all designed to help you breathe, reflect, and reset before winter.

We’ve made the walks more accessible:

  • Easier trails

  • Softer pacing

  • More affordable — now $33 (previously $66)

  • Shorter sessions (10 AM – 1 PM) — three intentional hours created to help you move, write, and reconnect in community

And for safety reasons, exact locations are shared only with those who register.

Before You Go

This season isn’t about finishing strong — it’s about finishing softly.
Taking care of your body, your mind, your spirit.
Making time to step outside, even for a little while.

So here’s your reminder: you don’t have to earn your rest.
Just come as you are.

See you on the trail 🌿
Cindy
